Five years after a night that shocked Honduras, the search for answers continues.

Berta Cáceres was the most recognized environmental defender in Central America. She had been fighting for more than 20 years for the rights of indigenous people in Honduras and the protection of their territories. Although she had disclosed threats made against her, she was murdered on March 2nd, 2016. This is the reconstruction of a crime that caused global outrage.
