To confront a real terror, they needed a fictional hero.
On November 3, 1987, in the midst of the dictatorship, a group of 78 Chilean actors and playwrights received a letter with an ultimatum giving them one month to leave the country. But they decided to resist and created a daring and dangerous plan: to bring the world’s most famous superhero to Chile.
